Demasi Architects, P.C. is located in Mt. Kisco, New York. Luigi Demasi, owner, is a graduate from New York Institute of Technology, and began his career in 1996. Since then has enjoyed providing superior architectural services throughout the Westchester, Putnam and Connecticut areas.

Our practice of architecture includes residential and multi-family projects. Our firm specializes in new home design for residential construction. We have designed many unique custom homes and subdivisions incorporating efficient design, which are aesthetically pleasing. We have a keen sense of modern construction methods, and this results in high quality construction that can be built within budget.

We review and analyze the client’s program through consultations and site visits to determine what their specific needs are. A realistic budget is then determined. The combination of budget and client program will then determine the best design solution. This approach to architecture leads to many diverse styles and developments.
